RAMVAC unveils the Badger LF LubeFree Dry Vacuum System

RAMVAC recently introduced the latest utility room products at the annual California Dental Association meeting in Anaheim. The new RAMVAC® LF is an efficient, powerful, LubeFree dry vacuum system that is an alternative to the traditional vacuum unit, offers simple setup and requires minimal maintenance and space.

The LF is a dry vacuum system that is ideal for new dental clinics or can easily replace traditional water ring pumps or aged dry vacuum devices. Designed for single or multiple users, Badger LF is flexible and compact, easily connected to pre-existing pipes, making installation easy. The tank and control unit are integrated directly into the Badger LF system for a small, space-saving design.

The RAMVAC Badger LF’s efficient displacement pump maintains consistent suction regardless of the number of units used, ensuring smooth operation at all times. In addition, the waterless vacuum system reduces expensive water and sewage treatment costs, and its LubeFree operation reduces the burden on dentists and their staff for regular maintenance tasks. From multi-user group practices to budget-sensitive, small-scale practices, Badger LF is an environmentally-friendly alternative.

Badger LF’s open frame design makes the unit easier to operate and easier to maintain. No traps can be cleaned or maintained and the system provides quiet operation. RAMVAC Badger LF also provides worry-free daily maintenance reminders and is equipped with a self-diagnosis control system that alerts the user to possible mechanical problems. In addition, LF is protected by a 2 year/4,000 hour (whichever comes first) limited product warranty and a 5 year/10,000 hour (whichever comes first) pump warranty. Like all RAMVAC products, the new Badger LF is produced exclusively in ISO-certified factories.

Badger LF has 2 models to choose from: Badger LF1 for 1-2 HVE equivalent users and Badger LF2 for 2-3 HVE equivalent users.
