What is it?
Qingchuang is the removal of excess dental plaque and tartar from your teeth.
What is it used for
For those who have heavy plaques and dental calculus, this is usually because they haven’t been to the dentist for years. Plaque and tartar are so heavy that your dentist can’t see your teeth. Before he or she can take an exam, it must be cleared of plaque and tartar.
Some people who are very sensitive to pain may need local anesthesia to perform the procedure. Others may need some form of calm, like nitrous oxide. Usually, those who avoid the dentist have some form of dental phobia, so it may be necessary to anesthetize or tranquilize them, making them comfortable.
How does it work
Debridement is done with hand tools and ultrasound devices. The device USES water and high frequency vibrations to remove plaque and tartar.
Qingchuang is usually the first stage of total periodontal treatment. After the surgery, your dentist will reevaluate your teeth to determine the appropriate treatment, which may involve the removal of rust and root planar or periodontal surgery.
If your gums are inflamed, they bleed during the operation. In some cases, you may notice that your teeth are sensitive to temperature (hot or cold) after a clear creation. This occurs after dental plaque and dental plaque are removed and the root of the tooth is exposed.
It may be infected after the trauma, but rarely.
