DAISY launches expanded, upgraded software

DAISY is pleased to announce the release of DAISY 3.0, an innovative software system that provides dental supplies offices with a comprehensive practice management solution. This new upgrade to DAISY’s venerable software is compatible with most digital X-ray and camera systems, and features fully-integrated, state-of-the-art clinical charting. DAISY 3.0 was unveiled recently at the Oregon Dental Conference.

According to Spruill, the enhanced features of DAISY 3.0 include an updated overall look, more efficient navigation, larger graphics, industry-leading charting capabilities, and fully-integrated patient and practice functions. In addition, DAISY 3.0 provides dental offices with one of the most complete imaging integration platforms in the industry. It works with Windows OS W2K and any more recent Windows operating system on hardware from the majority of today’s dental-equipment manufacturers. New to DAISY in this software upgrade is a state-of-the-art voice recognition system.

In a recent survey published in Dental Equipment and Materials, DAISY ranked first in customer satisfaction and scored higher than any other practice management system in six out of eight categories. Complete training and support — including data conversion — will be provided in conjunction with the release of DAISY 3.0.
